The livingroom seats up to 8 adults comfortably.  The ceiling fan does have a remote control and there is a 65″ Smart TV mounted on the wall.  The sofa does convert to a full size bed and extra linens and pillow options can ve found in the bunk room closet. The guest bathroom, located in the hall, does come fully stocked with plenty of towels, rags, hand soap, as well as shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and makeup rags. *Laundry area is located in the hall near the guest bathroom.

The bunk room sleeps 4 comfortably.  The top bunk is a twin bed, the lower bunk is a full size bed, and there is a twin trundle under the bunk bed that pulls out.  There are extra linens and pillow options available in the closet. You will also find an 8 drawer dresser in the room, charging pad for your devices, as well as throw blankets and a luggage rack in the closet for added convenience.

This room recently was upgraded to a King bed and the mattress and all linens are new as of 11/24.  Not only do you have ample storage for your clothes with the in room dresser, you will also find a luggage rack in the closet for those who have a shorter stay.  Plenty of hangers are available for you as well. 

The master bathroom is fully stocked with plenty of towels, rags, hand soap, as well as shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and makeup rags. Guests do have a private entrance to this bathroom off the master bedroom.
