Booking Information

If you are booking with us, you must be 25 years of age or older. You will be required to provide the following information:

Full name
Email address
Confirmed phone number
Payment information

Photo of your government ID: This could be a drivers license, passport, or national identity card.

Selfie: We may need to ask you for a photo of yourself in addition to the above photo of your government ID.

You will be required to submit a signed rental agreement to us before we allow access to the home. 

We may require a security deposit to confirm your reservation in the amount of 20% of your reservation total. This amount will be placed as a hold on your payment method. Once our host and cleaning team have walked the property after your departure and determined there are no concerns or damage to the home, the deposit will be released within 2 business days upon check out. 

Renters wishing to avoid this deposit can also purchase short term renters insurance thru our preferred vendor, which protects both our guest and us.   

One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made under 14 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.

We are located in a coastal community which means there are certain months where hurricane season may affect our weather.  We always recommend that our guests purchase an inexpensive travel insurance policy.  For less than the cost of a dollar a day, you can have some peace of mind knowing that if anything comes up that keeps you from being able to utilize your reservation, weather-related or not, your trip amount is secured. 

While we love our furbabies, at this time we do not allow pets in the home. 

The property is a smoke free property. This includes the interior and the exterior of the house.

We do not allow guests to have parties or events on the property.

If this policy is not adhered to by a guest, we will assess a $500 fee to the reservation balance.

We do have a guest maximum of 6. We understand things happen so if this amount is exceeded at anytime during your stay, guests are required to contact us with this information.

We reserve the right to refuse an add on guest at anytime as well as charge the reserving guest for additional occupants.

Our guests are welcome to check in anytime at 3pm or after on the day of arrival. Departure day checkout is 11am.

If guests would like to request an early check in or late check out, please contact us immediately.  We do our best to accommodate these requests but can’t always make it work if we have guests coming in.

Hours of Operation: 7am – 9pm. Pool bracelets (provided at check in) are currently required for access. 
The pool does not have a lifeguard, swimming is at your own risk. A guest 18 years of age or older must be present at all times. An adult must accompany any child under 14 at all times. Pool is for owners and owners guests only.  

Swim diapers must be worn by children who have not been potty trained. Proper swimwear is required. No cut-off shorts.

No running, horseplay or disorderly conduct is allowed.

Due to local regulations and insurance, the minimum booking age is 25 years old. Rental agreement and/or security deposit may be required.

Pool wristbands must be utlized to access the pool by guests. This is to ensure that only guests and owners are using the community ammenities. You will be provided bracelets for the exact amount of guests that are shown on the reservation. Wristbands must be returned at check out.

No smoking or vaping on the property, no parties or events, and no pets. A $500 fine will be charged to the renter if any of these rules are violated.

The maximum number of guests allowed to stay is six including adults and children over the age of two.

No parking on the street, grass, or community parking areas. No walking thru other properties yards. We have full time residents that live in our community.

COMMUNITY POOL RULES
Hours of Operation: 7:00am – 9:00pm.
The pool does not have a lifeguard, swimming is at your own risk. Wristbands must be worn by all adults or made visible to the pool monitor upon entrance.

-A guest must be present at all times.
-An adult must accompany any child under 15 at all times.
– No glass is allowed inside the gated pool area.
-Swim diapers must be worn by children who have not been potty trained.
-Proper swimwear is required. No cut-off shorts.
– No running, horseplay or disorderly conduct is allowed. No profanity or offensive language.
– Pool must be evacuated at the first sign of threatening weather, including lightening.
– No loud music.

Take all items from refrigerator and take out all bagged trash to outside trash can
Leave pool wristbands on kitchen bar
If fire pit was used, make sure both covers are on
Lock the door on keypad (if applicable, return all keys to lockbox)
