Home Overview
The Best Little Oar House was designed for groups who like to gather. It is a 2 bedroom with 2 full bathrooms. The home can accomodate up to 7 but we recommend a maximum of 6 adults. Living room, kitchen, dining, and the bar are all open concept and make up over 60% of the square footage.
The master suite features a new king bed with a private bathroom. The kitchen is fully equipped with modern, stainless steel appliances and you can expect find everything from cooking utensils, stocked spice cabinet with cooking oils, to a crockpot, and more. To maximize larger groups who want to spread out sleeping arrangements, the sectional is a pull out full size bed and extra linens/pillows are available in the hutch in the living room.
You will find a nice place to unwide and enjoy the breeze off the bay in our adirondack chairs, a gas fire pit, and the home exterior is well lit. The home has two outdoor living spaces now and if you ask me, these are the best rooms “in the house”.

You will find a nice high chair, a new pack & play, kids eating utensils, games for all ages, including Jenga, Rockportopoly and Uno! Not to mention, I keep the place stocked full of shampoo, conditioner, and body wash in both bathrooms, and maybe a few other “just in case you forgot” items that I frequently forget when I travel.
King Master Bedroom
The master bedroom recently upgraded to a king bed suite, including new furnishings and a new 5 star rated mattress. You will also find that the room is set up for comfort and convenience as it does have a light blocking blinds for those wishing to sleep in as well as 3 drawer dresser, a luggage rack, two bedside tables complete with lamp and charging tools for your devices. Smart TV is mounted on the wall, remote controlled ceiling fan, and a full size private bathroom. Extra pillow options are stashed in the closet as well as hangers for your clothes.
Guest Bunk Room
The guest “bunk” room can comfortably sleep 4 as the top bunk is a twin bed, the bottom bunk is a full size bed, and the pull out trundle below the bed is a twin. All beds have comfortable mattresses, multiple pillow options, and additional bed linens are readily available to all guests. You will also find an 8 drawer dresser, hangers for your clothes in the closet, a luggage rack, bedside tables that are moveable, remote controlled ceiling fan, and a mounted smart tv.
Main Living Space
The home is definitely an open concept home with the living room, dining area, bar, and kitchen, all being open to eachother. The living room features a 65″ smart tv that is mounted on the wall, a newer sectional sofa with chaise that can comfortably seat 6 as well as two lounge chairs. The sectional does fold out to a full size bed and linens are easily accessible in the hutch. The dining room features a large table that easily accomodates 7 adults and the bar has additional seating for 3. I am constantly updating this space as I love to find new decor at the local shops in town. I even whipped up a few designs myself that are scattered in the house.
Fun Fact: The redfish painting above the white hutch as was given to me as a gift by a dear friend when I closed on the home. It represents everything I love about having a home here.
Custom Built in 2022
New construction with modern coastal vibes. All decor and furnishings are still in like new condition. We are always adding new pieces and updating anything that shows signs of wear.
Host That Cares
We’ve all stayed in an Airbnb where you can tell the owner/host doesn’t care about keeping things updated. You won’t get that vibe here.
Maintenance Matters
We regularly inspect the home for any issues, both inside and out. Professional pest control treatment every 90 days as well as timely repairs and upkeep.
